Pilates Gang tackles a three-sided challenge within modern wellness culture: studios losing margin and brand identity through reliance on third-party platforms, consumers craving deeper community and connection, and wellness brands struggling to build meaningful visibility in an increasingly crowded digital landscape.

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Perry Howell is a marketing leader, founder, and media talent with experience driving audience growth, brand partnerships, and global campaigns across media, entertainment, tech, and wellness.
Her career spans New York, Los Angeles, and Sydney, where she has led brand strategy and growth initiatives for companies including HBO, SiriusXM, Tinder, and Paris Hilton’s 11:11 Media. Perry was also recognized on Adweek New York’s Future Is Female shortlist for innovation and leadership in marketing.
In addition to Pilates Gang, Perry is the creator and host of Core & Commerce®, a podcast exploring the intersection of ambition, wellbeing, and modern brand building through conversations with founders, executives, creatives, and operators shaping the future of what it means to live well. Perry is also a certified mat and reformer pilates instructor, giving her a uniquely holistic perspective across the wellness ecosystem.
Perry has studied globally at The London School of Economics, Miami University, and The University of Sydney, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration.
